- Should be able to work independently with little guidance

Responsibilities
- Answering inbound patient, manufacturer, and insurance calls
- Making outbounds calls to patients, insurances, and the manufacturer regarding patient cases
- Acquiring clinical documentation from provider's offices for a prior authorization to be approved for the patient's therapy
- Submitting clinical documentation to each insurance in the way they request submissions to be done
- Following up on prior authorization submissions in a timely manner to check for approvals
- Learning the pharmacy management system we use to process patient's pharmacy claims
- Follow different standard operating procedures day in and day out to produce accurate records
- Communication to leader and amongst the team is crucial
- Attention to detail is crucial
