Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract top-tier physicians. You'll partner with the Growth and Strategy Division to create powerful lead generation tools and compelling content that highlights the benefits of joining our team.
- Building brand awareness through various channels, including digital media vendors, physician job boards, agencies, and industry conferences.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to successful contracting. This includes maintaining our physician job board postings, optimizing the recruitment workflow, and ensuring the accuracy of our Salesforce CRM.
- Improving efficiency and outcomes by monitoring and streamlining the physician candidate screening process, decreasing the time it takes to move a candidate from inquiry to interview, and identifying new recruitment channels, especially for residents and fellows.
- Maximizing existing resources by boosting recruitment from internal referrals, professional societies, our website, and physician training programs.
- Enhancing our digital presence by monitoring and engaging with physicians on platforms like LinkedIn, X, and Doximity.
- Tracking performance by creating reports and monitoring key benchmarks and KPIs to ensure we meet our recruitment goals.
- Collaborating with department heads to understand and meet their specific staffing needs.
