Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a corporate-branded employee volunteer program.
- Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including community leaders and non-profits.
- Oversee and evaluate sponsorship and funding requests, ensuring they align with corporate guidelines.
- Support the implementation of advocacy priorities identified in Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs).
- Track and report qualifying employee volunteer activities to align with community benefit goals.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Community Relations, Public Affairs, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in community relations, philanthropy, volunteer coordination, or corporate citizenship.
- Standard Work Hours: This is typically a full-time, Monday-Friday position, offering a predictable schedule with no weekend or evening shifts.
