Responsibilities
We are seeking friendly and professional individuals to serve as Conference Assistants for an upcoming event. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for attendees, providing a welcoming experience.
What You'll Do:
- Greet all guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Stand at designated counters to manage guest check-in.
- Verify attendee badges and credentials.
- Distribute badges, conference materials, and gift bags to registered guests.
- Provide general information.
- Maintain an organized and tidy check-in area.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- A professional and polished appearance.
- Clear organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.
