What You'll Work On
In this role, you will be the force behind the successful execution of high-profile events. You'll bring your expertise to the following key responsibilities:
- Lead Event Logistics: Lead and assist with a variety of operational activities for key cross-functional events. This includes sending invitations, reserving rooms, and coordinating all logistical details like A/V and catering.
- Manage Complex Schedules: Proactively navigate complex and competing executive schedules by coordinating with multiple partners to find feasible meeting times.
- Innovate & Solve: Foresee potential obstacles and creatively solve complex logistical challenges, developing mitigation plans to ensure successful meeting outcomes.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage external vendors, including the creation of Purchase Orders, and assist with attendee management and agendas as needed.
What You Bring
We're looking for a proactive, results-oriented, and culturally sensitive professional. You must be able to work effectively with global stakeholders and audiences.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of event and meeting management experience.
- Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Skills: The ability to conduct research, work independently, and follow standard operating procedures. You must have effective oral and written communication skills and a knack for analyzing and interpreting programmatic information.
This role offers the autonomy to manage your workflow while providing a supportive environment where comprehensive training is provided. You'll gain valuable experience in a critical, compliance-focused position that directly contributes to operational accuracy and legal adherence.
salary: $33.03 - $38.03 per hour
