- 2–5 years of professional experience with Power BI, including front-end dashboard development.
- Understanding of SQL, with experience writing and optimizing queries in a production environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), Excel, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with server connections (e.g., Azure, Power BI Server, Analysis Services).
- Experience working in an Agile environment and delivering analytics projects in sprint cycles.
- Proven ability to handle large volumes of complex data and build scalable, cloud-based analytics infrastructure.
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to train non-technical users on BI tools.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a passion for data.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or transitioning to Databricks from other platforms.
- Exposure to cloud data architecture and building “crowd architecture” or distributed data pipelines.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts or tools is a plus.
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing analytics is advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across departments.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to power backend data models and enable high-performance data access.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all BI tools and dashboards; provide Power BI training and support to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.
- Create and maintain clear documentation including work instructions, user guides, and system architecture references.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability by maintaining servers, platforms, and dashboards.
- Automate routine tasks and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist with mesh boards, cloud server connections, and integration of ground-level systems with SQL-based reporting.
- Participate in Agile sprints, contribute to planning, and deliver analytics solutions aligned with project timelines.
- Support the transition to Databricks, contributing to architecture and migration projects.
