What You'll Achieve with Us
As an Appeals and Disputes Coordinator, you will serve as a key player in the dispute resolution process. Your work will directly impact individuals and ensure that all decisions are justified, fair, and legally sound. You will:
- Process Appeals: Expertly handle appeals, reviewing, adjudicating, and preparing administrative decisions on behalf of our client.
- Conduct In-Depth Reviews: Analyze a high volume of complex documentation to determine if adverse actions are justified and in compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations.
- Investigate Thoroughly: Interview numerous professionals and paraprofessionals to gather all necessary information for a comprehensive case review.
- Maintain Transparency: Provide timely updates to the OAR Administrator to ensure all stakeholders are informed of case progress.
We are seeking a highly responsible professional who is ready to take on a role with significant responsibility. Your ability to manage complex cases with meticulous attention to detail is paramount.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in high-volume case management is required.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to review and analyze large amounts of information and determine compliance with complex legal and regulatory requirements.
- Communication Skills: strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interview professionals and prepare clear, justifiable decisions.
- Problem-Solving: A natural aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
