salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Post daily cash receipts, credit card payments, and check transactions
  
  
• Process and reconcile Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  
  
• Manage vendor accounts and collections activity
  
  
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and assist with month-end close
  
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries
  
  
• Review, match, batch, and process approximately 200 invoices weekly
  
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support operations
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar accounting role
  
  
• Solid knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close
  
  
• ERP experience required; Pilot ERP strongly preferred
  
  
• bilingual skills are a strong plus
  
  
• High attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volume
