Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer support for complex industrial equipment and related service projects
- Understanding and communicating technical details related to installation, maintenance, and parts
- Supporting customers through the entire service process, ensuring satisfaction and efficient resolution of issues
- Building trust with clients to facilitate remote work and autonomous performance
- Participating in initial on-site training, then transitioning to a hybrid schedule (3 days remote / 2 days in-office) based on performance and trust
- Prior experience in customer care, technical support, or industrial equipment is highly preferred
- Technical aptitude, with the ability to understand service installation and parts management
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Possibility for Future Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a remote environment. THIS is not gaurnateed and will come after training and work trustability in an autonomous role.
