Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Strategic Clients, taking full ownership of the customer experience.
- Manage complex client servicing needs, including reconciliations, payment applications, invoicing requirements, and end-of-lease processes.
- Partner with all levels of client stakeholders—from accounts payable staff to C-suite executives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, identify root causes, and develop action plans to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide reporting and analysis to monitor performance, identify trends, and ensure contract compliance.
- Support rebooking processes, upgrades, buyouts, and equipment removal in accordance with client needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet team goals and deliver outstanding service.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; 1–3 years of customer service, account management, or collections experience.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, and intermediate Microsoft Excel/Word proficiency.
- Experience with large/complex clients (multi-schedule accounts, government entities) a plus.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and service level goals.
- Team player with a positive attitude, professionalism, and strong time management skills.
