Responsibilities
- Research and Experimentation: Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and market trends to inform product development. You'll design and execute experiments to test hypotheses related to product formulation, efficacy, and safety.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data from experiments, market trends, and consumer insights to interpret results. You'll then prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, outlining your research findings and project progress.
- Education: A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree is required, with a focus on a life science field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, or a related field) or Engineering.
- Experience: Prior experience in a research or analytical role is preferred, ideally with 1-2 years or more of experience. Experience with project management or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
