Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with online order placement and provide accurate product information.
- Communicate with vendors to purchase wheels and track orders.
- Manage order entry, invoicing, and data updates in company systems.
- Provide timely and professional support by phone, email, and online chat.
- Maintain accurate customer records and resolve order-related issues quickly.
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- 2+ years of customer service experience (call center, order entry, or retail/automotive experience a plus).
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience handling vendor communication, purchasing, or order management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Schedule/Pay:
- $21 per hour after 90 days. $18 per hour training
- 8:30am till 5:30pm M-F
- One Saturday per six weeks from 9:00am till noon. You get ½ day off on Friday before.
