You'll manage a mix of essential functions, including:
- Onboarding and HR Operations: Working with our IT team to get new hires set up, maintaining accurate employee and candidate records, and ensuring our HR practices meet all compliance standards. You'll also support visa and Green Card processes and assist with bi-weekly payroll reminders and time-off records.
- Benefits Administration: As the go-to person for all things benefits, you'll advise employees, process paperwork for major life events (like FMLA and disability), and solve problems with insurance companies.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance for hires and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Work with IT to ensure that new hires recieve equipment.
- Keep employee and candidates records organized and up to date.
- Handle audits and reports, ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Assist with visa and Green Card applications for employees.
- Help with payroll by sending reminders to managers and keeping time-off records accurate.
- Act as the go-to person for all employee benefits questions, helping employees understand their options and enroll in programs.
- Process paperwork for important life events, like disability, family medical leave (FMLA), and other life changes.
- Review benefits data to make sure everything is accurate.
