Be the First Point of Contact: You'll be the face of Randstad on-site, providing direct support to our talent and acting as a key liaison with the client's management team. Support Our Team: Help with day-to-day administrative tasks like coordinating schedules, processing payroll data, and handling employee inquiries to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Interviewing and Selection: Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and fit.
- New Hire Coordination: Manage the entire onboarding process, from pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug tests) to coordinating and delivering new hire orientation.
- Performance and Attendance: Monitor and track the attendance, performance, and behavior of all temporary talent.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for temporary employees, addressing and resolving issues, providing coaching, and escalating serious concerns to Randstad leadership or the client as needed.
- On-Site Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client's HR and operations teams. Act as an extension of their team, anticipating and responding to their staffing needs.
