Our client is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for providing critical financial insights and analysis to support strategic business decisions, improve financial performance, and drive growth. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance, assess investment opportunities, and analyze business trends.
  
  
• Budgeting & Planning: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term strategic plans. Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  
  
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including revenues, costs, and expenses. Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities to inform management decisions.
  
  
• Reporting: Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership and other stakeholders. Translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
  
  
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the financial health and efficiency of the company.
  
  
• Strategic Support: Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to provide financial support, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and evaluate new initiatives.
  
  
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, tools, and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  
  
• Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor performance to provide relevant context for financial analysis.
