Are you a proven leader with experience in food and beverage manufacturing? We are looking for a skilled supervisor to lead daily production, ensure quality, and uphold safety standards. You'll be responsible for coaching your team, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement.

salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Lead and Supervise: Direct daily production, packaging, and logistics. Coach and train a team of operators and technicians to meet safety and performance standards.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee production schedules, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement lean methodologies to improve operations and reduce costs.
- Uphold Safety & Quality: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality systems and food safety regulations (e.g., SQF).
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and equipment malfunctions. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Track production data, report on shift performance, and communicate effectively with management and other shifts.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement using tools like Kaizen and 5S. Lead projects to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
