In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with everything from placing online orders to scheduling appointments and answering questions about our services. You will also be a key player in our inventory process, working with vendors to purchase the wheels we need. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Assist customers with online orders, guiding them through the process and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.
- Work directly with vendors to purchase wheels, ensuring we have the right inventory to meet customer demand.
- Schedule and manage appointments for wheel repair services, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and our technicians, communicating repair needs and status updates clearly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a professional and welcoming environment.
- Embody our core values of a good work ethic and a sense of humor, making the workplace enjoyable for both yourself and your colleagues.
- Pay Rate: Starts at $18 per hour during your 90-day training period, increasing to $21 per hour after training is successfully completed.
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Weekend Schedule: One Saturday every six weeks, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You'll receive a half-day off on the Friday before.
