Responsibilities
- Conduct Market Analysis & Salary Recommendations:
- Benchmark positions against the market to ensure our compensation programs are competitive.
- Analyze salary survey data from sources like Market Pay or Payscale to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Provide salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Lead internal equity reviews to ensure fair and consistent pay practices across the organization.

- Job Description & Job Evaluation:
- Write and revise job descriptions to accurately reflect roles and responsibilities.
- Conduct thorough job evaluations, recommending appropriate job grades, titles, and FLSA classifications.
- Partner with HR and department leaders to create new roles and update existing ones.

- Collaborate and Advise:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR partners and business leaders on compensation-related issues and best practices.
- Assist with compensation processes, including annual reviews, bonus requests, and other pay adjustments.
- Build relationships with assigned client groups to understand their unique business needs.
