Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience in Credit Collections or Accounts Receivable is a plus.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and "figure things out" independently.
- Customer Focus: A genuine commitment to treating all customers with respect and helping them navigate payment solutions. You cannot be rude to customers; we are here to collect money while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with clients over the phone.
- Problem-Solver: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, often requiring creative solutions.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new processes and be "moldable" to our team's best practices.
salary: $23 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities
- Proactive Collections: Engaging with customers to facilitate timely payments and resolve outstanding balances.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies, working closely with customers to understand their needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring a respectful and helpful approach to collections.
- Daily Account Management: Touching an average of 20 accounts per day, utilizing various communication methods (primarily phone calls) to follow up on payments and address inquiries.
- Strategic Collections: Implementing collection tactics such as demand letters and credit holds when necessary, always with an eye toward positive customer outcomes.
