Responsibilities
- Handle all process related customer inquiries, internal and external,being the interface within LHT, the accounts and other business partners
- Create cost estimates for non-contracted and out of contract repairs, process customer‘s approval
- Detect and invoice cases of mishandling, modification, and scrap
- Work independently on loans, sales and exchanges
- Proactively work to resolve claims and discrepancies as they occur
- Responsible for correct cost booking and in time invoicing
- Monitor customer orders, adhering to contracted rates and services
- Initiate, coordinate and track shipments in cooperation with LTL
- Work in and with various systems, such as SAP and ERP, etc.
- Work according to, and support the Quality Management System
- Process documentation according to instruction and procedures
- Perform support functions and deputized duties as directed
- All other duties as assigned or required
