This is a full cycle AP Specialist responsible for the full cycle AP process. If you have 3+ years of relevant accounting experience as well as strong organizational skills and ability to accurately track and record cash flow, then this is a role to consider!
Duties:
- Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
- Process, analyze expense reports from employees
- Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner
- Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses
- Reconcile payments
- Maintain 1099s and generate report at year end
- 3+ years of relevant AP experience
- Thorough understanding of Accounts Payable process
