Responsibilities
- Trade Processing: Process all deliver and receive orders for equities, fixed income, and commercial paper trades that clear through DTC for our custody accounts.
- Settlement & Verification:
- Settle security trades and process special orders (SPOs).
- Verify trade information against broker presentations received from clients via the Sonic system (including account number, quantity, and CUSIP).
- Adhere to all daily deadlines.

- Review and resolve discrepancies in order information, such as DTC reclaims.
- Escalate high-value problem trades to management.

- Communicate professionally with internal and external clients and counterparties via email and phone to resolve issues and minimize risk.
- Provide superior client service and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

- Contribute to management reporting, which may include providing statistics on work volumes.
