Responsibilities
- Trade Management:
- Monitor and resolve any failed trades, cash movements, collateral settlements, or corporate actions.
- Work closely with clients and their counterparties to ensure transactions and reporting for different security types are processed accurately and on time.
- Understand settlement procedures and restrictions for various markets and asset types.

- Manage the daily volume of work and meet all daily deadlines.
- Use IMO technology and vendor products to perform daily transactional processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily requirements and update team procedures as needed.

- Communicate professionally and promptly via email, phone, or in person with both internal and external clients and counterparties.
- Provide feedback on client counterparty performance.
- Deliver superior client service to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner, meeting the standards outlined in their service agreement.
