Responsibilities
- Be a Client Champion: You'll build and maintain strong relationships with customers, answering their questions, providing updates, and ensuring their needs are met from start to finish.
- Manage Print Projects: From initial inquiry to final delivery, you'll oversee the entire order process, including taking in orders, confirming specifications, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Problem-Solve with a Purpose: You'll address and resolve customer issues and concerns with a calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
- Coordinate with the Team: You'll communicate job details and requirements to our sales and production staff, ensuring everyone is aligned and the project runs smoothly.
- Document and Detail: You'll maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and order details using our internal systems.
- Support the Sales Process: You may assist with quoting and pricing jobs to provide customers with the information they need to move forward.
