What You’ll Do
- Manage patient appointments: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel imaging visits using the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system.

Responsibilities
We are seeking an organized and compassionate Imaging Scheduler to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing imaging appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling process. Experience with the Epic electronic health record system is required.
This starts as a 3-month contract assignment that can be extended, or possibly converted to a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing the Epic system to manage the master schedule.
- Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, provide necessary information, and answer questions regarding their visit, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Coordinate with clinical staff and other departments to accommodate scheduling requests and resolve conflicts, optimizing clinic flow and resource utilization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a patient-facing role within a healthcare or medical setting.
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health record (EHR) system for scheduling and patient management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
