We're hiring a Quality Technician to help our team maintain the highest standards for product quality. In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting incoming parts and finished products, documenting your findings, and helping to resolve any issues. You'll need at least three years of experience in a quality or inspection role, along with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities

• Supplier Quality: Perform incoming inspections on new and returned parts.
  
  
• Documentation: Record inspection results, prepare reports on non-conformities, and maintain logs.
  
  
• Quality Control: Conduct stock sweeps, quarantine discrepant parts, and manage their disposition.
  
  
• Root Cause Analysis: Assist with investigations to find underlying causes of defects.
  
  
• Data Analysis: Track supplier performance data and communicate findings for corrective actions.
  
  
• Collaboration: Work with suppliers to manage returned materials.
  
  
• Miscellaneous: Handle various job-related tasks and serve as a backup for receiving.
  
  
• Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. A degree or certification in a relevant technical field is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in industrial inspection or quality roles, preferably in manufacturing.
  
  
• Skills: Solid understanding of inspection techniques, quality control, and industry standards. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and interpreting tolerances. problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Office 365 is required; experience with ERP and CAD systems is a plus.
  
  
• Physical: Work in a typical warehouse setting, requiring extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
