Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, addressing questions and concerns related to company policies, benefits, and workplace issues. Mediate and resolve employee disputes and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Performance Management: Support and administer performance review cycles, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Partner with the operations and safety teams to promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, process HR-related paperwork, and generate reports as needed.
