As a Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and callbacks while providing professional and accurate support to customers. Responsibilities

Training Schedule: 

• Training typicially is Monday–Friday from 7:00AM - 3:30PM PT

Work Schedules as follows:

• 1st) Monday–Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM PT 
• 2nd) Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PT
• 3rd) Monday–Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM PT

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and route inbound calls professionally.
• Research and provide accurate information to callers.
• Escalate complex issues to the research team.
• Complete call logs and administrative tasks accurately.
• Support other projects as assigned.

Required Skills

• Prior call center experience.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
