Responsibilities

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, job duties include:

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and recommend top talent for both exempt and nonexempt positions.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews, coordinate assessments, perform reference and background checks, and extend offers.
• Deliver detailed employment offers including compensation, benefits, and compliance-related information (e.g., non-compete agreements). 
• Utilize creative and traditional sourcing methods including job fairs, online recruiting platforms, networking events, and social media.

Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience in corporate recruitment environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of electronic applicant systems and internet-based recruiting tools.
• Technologically savvy, including proven knowledge of recruiting technologies (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
