Responsibilities
- Invoicing and Payments: Manages the entire payment cycle, including receiving and processing vendor invoices (AP) and creating and sending invoices to customers (AR).
- Reconciliation and Record-Keeping: Reconciles statements and ledgers, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and filed.
- Collections: Follows up on overdue payments from customers to ensure timely collection of revenue.
- Data Entry and Systems Management: Enters financial data into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and maintains accurate digital and physical financial records.
