Responsibilities
- A Senior Vendor Sourcing Manager plays an essential role within Corporate Vendor Management by providing business partners with strategic sourcing support, contract negotiation and risk mitigation.
- This position will be responsible for establishing s relationships with Schwab business partners across the firm to develop and execute contracts. This role will manage all aspects of the strategic sourcing lifecycle; lead negotiations, as well as collaborate with risk groups and legal, as required on vendor engagements.
- Responsible for the management, editing and negotiation of product and services agreements, NDAs and other legal documents. Act as an effective liaison between attorneys and business partners to address issues as they relate to contracts. Demonstrated
