We are seeking a Medical Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role is crucial for creating a positive patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, check them in, and verify their demographic and insurance information.
  
  
• Scheduling: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage the physician's calendar, and handle rescheduling as needed.
  
  
• Administrative Duties: Answer phone calls, manage patient records, and process paperwork.
  
  
• Billing & Payments: Collect co-pays and balances, explain insurance benefits to patients, and assist with billing inquiries.
  
  
• Record Management: Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure the accuracy of electronic health records (EHRs) and other documentation.
