We’re looking for a Document Prep Specialist to support document preparation. Most of the work is seated, with some reaching and minor movement. You’ll ensure documents are ready for scanning by reviewing, straightening, and removing fasteners.
salary: $17.37 - $17.38 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Prepare documents from cartons for scanning in small batches
- Remove staples, paper clips, and other fasteners
- Straighten bent corners or folded pages
- Return documents to the carton in the original order
- Follow instructions carefully and maintain attention to detail
- Maintain a safe and organized workstation
- Protective footwear may be required (slip-resistant and ASTM safety toe rated)
