Responsibilities
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Financial Management & Reporting:
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including the approval of invoices and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations.
- Manage budgets, billing, and budget versus actual reporting for various projects (e.g., household, per show, promotional budgets).
- Utilize income checklists to verify and track income data.
- Prepare and process journal entries and detailed financial reports.
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including the approval of invoices and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Payroll & Tax Compliance:
- Process payroll for client entities, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Accurately process W-2s and 1099s.
- Assist with sales tax and payroll tax returns, working with third-party payroll companies as needed.
- Conduct tax savings analyses and assist with basic tax preparation, including data entry and research.
