Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in operational and office management.
- Familiarity with the HVAC or a related skilled trade industry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
- Proficiency in business software and a knack for implementing new technologies.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Take ownership of all daily operations, from service and installation scheduling to field team support. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's customer base. This includes setting sales targets, overseeing marketing campaigns, building relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities
- Fleet & Inventory Management: Manage the company's fleet of service vehicles, including maintenance schedules, GPS tracking, and ensuring vehicles are properly stocked with necessary parts and tools.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor our administrative and field staff. This includes everything from hiring and training new employees to conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive, productive work culture.
- Safety & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce a comprehensive safety program for all field personnel.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement new systems and procedures to enhance efficiency across the company. You will be instrumental in standardizing our workflows and ensuring compliance with all safety and industry regulations.
- Human Resources & Staff Development: Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to professional development and offboarding. Implement a structured training program.
