Responsibilities
- What You’ll Do
- Answer phones, respond to emails and chats, and provide top-notch customer support
- Monitor daily routes and keep close communication with drivers to ensure deliveries stay on track
- Enter orders into the Freight Optimizer system and maintain accurate customer profiles
- Update account managers and customers on any problem loads and actions taken
- Verify pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring everything arrives on time and in great condition
- Investigate and document product shortages, overages, or damages
- Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments, and provide clear routing instructions to drivers
- Support the overall Hub business with dependable follow-through and attention to detail
