salary: $14 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- What You’ll Do
- Keep customer info up to date and enter orders into the Freight Optimizer system
- Monitor routes and deliveries throughout the day (you’ll be the go-to person ensuring things stay on track!)
- Follow up with customers and account managers on any problem loads and keep everyone in the loop
- Take check calls from drivers and verify loads are delivered correctly for accounting purposes
- Investigate and document any product overages, shortages, or damages
- Schedule/reschedule delivery appointments as needed
- Give clear directions and instructions to drivers to keep routes efficient
