- Financial Impact: You will be responsible for a portfolio of 2,700-3,000 B2B accounts, actively reducing delinquency and targeting a 6% reduction in the 61+ aging bucket.
- Relationship Building: Interact directly with client Accounts Payable departments, fostering strong business relationships and resolving discrepancies. You'll become a trusted partner to your clients.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Tackle complex collections issues, process account adjustments, and resolve short payments by collaborating with our customer service team to identify root causes and find effective solutions.
- Data-Driven Action: Make up to 64 outbound calls daily to address accounts that are 60+ days past due. You will also utilize Excel to manage and prioritize accounts, ensuring top-priority credit holds and the largest past-due invoices are handled first.
- Process Expertise: Gain mastery of our Accounts Receivable and Billtrust systems, processing online payments and ensuring accurate records are maintained to support SOX control activities.
- Experience: You have a minimum of two years of high-volume collections experience, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience with accounts payable and large portfolios is a significant plus.
- Skills: You possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential, along with a knack for multitasking—handling calls and emails simultaneously.
- Attitude: We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn our established processes and is a great team player. Your past work longevity will jump out on your resume.
