Responsibilities

• Recruitment and resume screening
• Onboarding/offboarding
• Employee relations
• Benefits administration
• Employee engagement/satisfaction surveys
• Compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Internal policies and procedures.
• Manage the timecard tracking system.
• Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs designed to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Coordinate training, professional development, and employee recognition initiatives.
• Manage the OSHA safety program and conduct meetings.
