Here’s a high-impact, temporary-to-hire opportunity to join a fast-paced team at a global leader in the retail and apparel industry. We are looking for a Human Resources Consultant to lead our mission-critical MVP (Marketing Visionary Program) for emerging talent. In this role, you'll go beyond traditional HR functions, directly shaping the careers of future leaders in a dynamic, brand-driven environment.

You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams to secure headcount and negotiate competitive compensation packages.
- Candidate Experience & Advocacy: Act as a dedicated resource for MVP talent, providing coaching, conducting regular check-ins, and resolving any challenges that arise. You will identify mentors and align them with MVP participants to ensure they are connected to top talent.
- Operational Excellence: Use your meticulous attention to detail to manage volunteer teams, organize recruiting events, and project-manage against critical deadlines. You will work with directors and business partners to drive a consistent compensation strategy.
