Key Responsibilities:
- General Administration:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.

- Document and Data Management:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Transcribe and type documents with a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute (WPM).

- MS Office Proficiency:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Word: Creating and formatting documents, mail merges, and templates.
- Excel: Creating and managing spreadsheets, basic formulas, and data analysis.
- Outlook: Managing emails, calendars, and contacts effectively.

- Assist with special projects as assigned.
