Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding: Manage the full cycle of new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and overseeing the completion of all new hire paperwork.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS. Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to ensure compliance and organizational efficiency.
- Timekeeping Support: Provide support for timekeeping processes, including reviewing and correcting timesheets. Preferred experience with UKG (Kronos) is a significant advantage.
- Employee Support: Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Escalate complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.
- Compliance: Assist with HR-related compliance tasks, such as I-9 verification and maintaining confidential employee files.
- General HR Duties: Support the HR team with various projects, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations as needed.
