Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full accounts payable cycle, from receiving and processing invoices to reconciling vendor statements. Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices: Accurately receive, review, and enter hundreds of invoices per week into our accounting system.
  
  
• Ensure accuracy: Match invoices with internal receivers and purchase orders to verify accuracy before posting.
  
  
• Manage accounts: Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  
  
• Maintain records: Organize and file invoices and other relevant documents.
  
  
• Support reporting: Maintain various financial data on Excel spreadsheets to assist with reporting.
