salary: $40.44 - $40.45 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across the company's technology organization (full time internal roles)
- Consultative intake and support with hiring managers (not just order-taking)
- Develop, post, and manage job descriptions
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates
- Manage up to 20-25 requisitions at a time once fully ramped; initial workload will start at 10 and build over time
- Participate in proactive and reactive recruiting:
- Talent pipelining for consistent roles (Java, .NET developers,)
- Understanding “always-needed” roles like engineers, SREs, cloud, cybersecurity, Android/iOS
- Collaborate with hiring managers to shape realistic job requirements and advise on trade-offs
- Structured metrics tracked:
- Interview-to-offer ratio
- Offer-to-acceptance
- Hiring manager satisfaction
