Our client is a leading healthcare company with an urgent need for an Intake Coordinator local to Denver, CO. This position will be hybrid, so candidates must live local to Denver, CO to report to the office on occasion. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting providing administrative or office support (claims processing, referrals, authorizations, reception, administrative/clerk, etc.). This is a 3-month temporary assignment, but could extend.

Responsibilities

This role is a high-volume, detail-oriented Data Intake and Processing position within the group enrollment department. The coordinator is responsible for initiating the lifecycle for all new and renewing groups.

• Intake & Data Capture: Act as the gatekeeper for all group control forms, ensuring they are complete and compliant before processing.
• Data Validation & Scrubbing: Meticulously review forms for all required data points, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
• System Updates: Update core demographic data and premium rates in the system of record.
• Routing & Reporting: Route validated forms to the appropriate internal teams for final processing and assist the team with basic data reporting tasks.
