An HR Administrator handles the crucial day-to-day administrative tasks for the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experienc
Employee Data & Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and confidential data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Manage administrative tasks for the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes preparing new hire paperwork and handling the administrative tasks for departing employees.
- Assist the recruitment team by posting job openings and coordinating interview schedules.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, answering questions on HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data, such as timesheets.
- Help with benefits administration, including enrollments and answering employee questions about compensation.
- Prepare and manage HR documents like employment contracts, handbooks, and policies.
- Ensure the organization complies with all employment legislation.
- Generate essential HR reports for management, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Assist in planning and implementing employee training programs and enforcing company HR policies.
