salary: $47.29 - $55.49 per hour

Responsibilities

• The Business Analyst III provides analytical and project management support to various corporate and business line strategic initiatives according to established Company procedures and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Aids team members and may assume a lead role within projects.
• Identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners across the Commercial Bank organization.
• Works with line of business team members/ resources. Resolves issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, other internal departments.
• Works cross-functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes.
• Adds financial value to company by analyzing company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact the financial results of the company.
• Successful candidates will be joining a team that specializes in Commercial process re-engineering projects, to assess the impact of regulatory changes, efficiency efforts, centralization of end-to-end lending and credit management practices.
