Responsibilities
- Manage the open orders report and serve as the primary point of contact for communication with our staffing partners.
- Prepare and organize new hire orientation packets, ensuring all necessary documents are included and up-to-date.
- Process all new hire information for both hourly and salaried employees, including setting up their profiles in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Maintain and audit I-9 forms and track E-verify status to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Explain benefits packets to new hires, answering their initial questions and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Coordinate uniform distribution, manage associated paperwork, and reconcile invoices.
- Maintain and process wage garnishments.
- Generate reports as requested by management.
- Assist the HR Manager with various tasks and special projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proven human resources and administrative experience in a fast-paced setting.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with HRIS and other HR-related software is a plus.
