We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of general clerical duties and will play a key role in supporting our daily operations. This is a full-time position and the role requires  analytical, communication, and technical skills

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties as assigned.
  
  
• Read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
  
  
• Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers, employees, or members of the business community.
  
  
• Effectively present information to top management.
  
  
• Perform basic mathematical computations, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
  
  
• Compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret bar graphs.
  
  
• Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to perform tasks.
  
  
• Complete other duties as assigned by the manager.
