We're looking for a part time HR coordinator in the Morton Grove/Niles area to support a talent acquisition team. Ideal candidates will have experience in a fast paced work environment. Candidates that will succeed in the role will have experience with applicant tracking systems and proficient written communication skills. This is a temporary position through Randstad. Responsibilities

• Support to your TA team, as well as assist employees and managers alike
• The HR Coordinator will report to the HR Generalist, and work closely with teammates, employees, and the greater HR organization
• You will Facilitate New Hire Orientation for onboarding, virtually and in-person
• Facilitate proper documentation and communication of onboarding process for 40+ individuals monthly
• Through this role, you will strengthen skills in organization, communication, and project management
• Support and manage employee lifecycle events 
• You will be responsible for maintaining personnel records and documentation for the employees 
• You will apply various ATS tools like Smart Recruiters
